    According to Mark Cuban, the purchase of YouTube is a stupid move on Google's part. Something to do with many copyright lawsuits that will come now that someone with deep pockets is involved with YouTube.

    youtube reached agreements with all the major media companies just before google bought it, I'm sure that was a major factor.

    I'd worry more about their users leaving than getting sued. Google might as well just flushed a billion dollars down the toilet.

    This article highlighted youtube's fall months ago. Users have been used to being able to post almost anything for no cost at all. Adding advertisements will make people leave, and certainly putting up filters for copywrited work will do the job too.

    Have you noticed how hard it is now to actually find anything on Google besides stupid pictures, broken links, and links to other search engine's results?
