    dude,i have never been a braves fan,WAS a yankee fan up til 2 years ago,got sick of the buying the championship stuff,i pull for the indians now,(went to a few of their games,really exciting stuff)they actually are trying to win with homegrown talent,a lost art

    more proof that buying championships dont work.

    the 3 straight yankee champs were homegrown.

    these new teams suck

    when they won them,it was jeter,b williams,shane spencer,rivera,adn a couple of others who were from the farm system,then they started buying the big names after o'neill and brosiuos(sp) retired

    and most all of those players played through Greensboro.

    And as soon as the Yankees dumped the Bats they lost the World Series

    and the Marlins won :xyzthumbs

    thats what I told 2-6, but he says we have no "farm system". I have seen all those guys play at Greensboro.
