yogurt and cottage cheese

    is an excellent breakfast. i like to add some slivered almonds for some crunch. i'm into vanilla yogurt right now then i add some frozen berries every so often.

    Try the yogurt with some cut up apple, and lots of cinnamon. yum. You can even toss in a few drops of vanilla if you start with plain yogurt.

    The cinnamon makes it alllllll worthwhile. trust me, try it!

    Low fat vanilla yogurt sprinkled with grape nuts cereal and fresh berries rock.

    True dat. I'd rather eat cat food than yougurt. Something about it and the taste makes me want to puke

    How about cottage cheese and HOME GROWN tomatoes, then a bit of something (slivered almonds, peanuts whatever) thrown on top?

    Gotta agree with cottage cheese and pineapple. I need to try the tomatoes sounds good though.

    Cottage cheese and peaches are good too.

    It's the texture of cottage cheese that makes me want to heave. Give me oatmeal with about anything on it from fruit, peanut butter, brown sugar to milk
