When would you think to see some Panther signings? Negotiations just starting? or have I missed any

 

starting two weeks from now on into training camp

 

Bears have already signed 5 out their 7 picks.

 

You would think picks in rounds 3-7 would have already been signed. Their contracts figures are pretty much set in stone and the only negotiating is signing bonus. What after round 3 the bonus's are squat anyway. ~ between 10k-25k

 

I think the Bears are fixin' to fall on their face. Seems every time they have a little success they scramble to add a buncha parts and end up breaking what they had in the first place.

Larry Mayer, of ChicagoBears.com, reports the Chicago Bears are continuing to communicate with their three remaining unsigned draft picks after LB Jamar Williams agreed to terms on a four-year contract Saturday, July 1. The team hopes to have at least one more signed draft pick within the next few days. However, a published report that CB Devin Hester has already agreed to terms on a contract is premature.

Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports the Chicago Bears have informed their two remaining unsigned draft picks they want them signed soon. "We're making tangible progress, too,'' said Russell Hicks, the agent for second-round draft pick CB Danieal Manning, the Bears' top pick.

Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports the four-year contract agreed to with the Chicago Bears by rookie CB Devin Hester is worth nearly $2.86 million. It contained a signing bonus of about $1.25 million.
