I've gotten a couple of popups - I've even gone to running TBR by itself to make sure. It's not a ton, and I wasn't going to say anything, but yes.

I think I'm the only person on this planet that this diet doesn't work for. I'm still plugging away at it - but so far, it's been a major disappointment :(.

I've been on it for almost 4 weeks and am down at least 15. I found it the hardest during the first two weeks. I still crave some foods when I see them, but really don't want them if I don't see them. I came to a point one day where if I saw one more piece of meat, I was going to throw up. That passed quickly as I stuck to the salad and sugar free jello (which has absolutely NO carbs) for that day. The hardest thing for me is to eat breakfast. I have never been a breakfast eater, so I've tried to find stuff that I like eating and can eat for breakfast.

My mom lost over 65 pounds on it in a little over a year. She's been able to maintain for at least 6 months. I've noticed a difference and really think that people find diets that work for them. This one so far is working for me.

Good going Coops! :xyzthumbs You're right about the meat thing - I feel that way about eggs at the moment :(. I should look out for some sugar free jello type stuff to snack on when I can no longer stand meat and eggs.

K, you don't need to lose any weight. Least last time I saw you you didn't. You coulda stood to gain a few pounds. Besides, it'll make your tits bigger if you gain a little. :)

Atkins was not for me. No way I could cut out beer and soft drinks for 2 whole weeks. I lost 11 lbs in the last 3 months with just watching fat grams and exercising.

Thanks Honey! I've found Atkins to be fairly easy actually. I'm not always able to eat the stuff they serve at work, but always have my lunch sack there full of stuff to pick from. I'm not a big egg fan, but I hard boiled some the other day.

They make redi whip (whipped topping) that has less than 1 gram of carbs in 2 tsp. I'm getting some tonight to use on my jello! They even have one that has a chocolate taste to it!!!! I'm going to break down and buy some stuff off the atkins website (if I can't find it locally) like the pancake/waffle mix and syrup. We'll see how it goes.
