    two duke rookies:

Deng: 11.7 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 2.2 apg. If he doesn't get hurt, chicago beats the Wiz. Duhon, not as good but respectable for a first-year player: 5.9 ppg, 4.8 apg.

What's Brand ever done? are you serious? I guess averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds counts for shit. (May will never be as good a pro as Brand).

Maggette's numbers (22.2 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 3.4 apg, 1.1 spg) are exceptional, and probably better than McCants will ever produce.

Dunleavey put up 13.4/5.5/2.6. Yeah, he's still in the league.

    Boozer: 17.8 ppg, 9.0 rpg.

Does not change the point that going to Duke did not hurt Williams proprospects one bit, or Brand either for that matter.

Battier is averaging double figures and is a solid contributor for Memphis. Laettner did about the same during the mid 90's. He's still playing in his 13th year in the NBA. Too last that long is a testament in itself. Grant Hill had an All-Star year. Brand has been playing great in the NBA. Didn't he win Rookie of the Year in 2000 and has been averaging at least 15 if not 20 points over his career. Maggette has been strong, just not on great teams. Almost the same situation as Brand. He's been doing great on bad teams. Boozer is doing better than I thought he would. Just cause he left Cleveland doesn't mean he's not a good player. He deserved his spot on the U.S. team and played great along LeBron last year. Dunleavy left a year early from Duke in my opinion but he's not doing badly. I think he'll be a solid contributor off the bench all his career. He won't be a superstar, but he'll be a good contribution to any team. Might actually be a good fit for the Bobcats. Duhon was playing in crucial stretches down the stretch for the Bulls and played WAY more than I thought he would have. I really thought he would be in the league a year or two and then go play in Europe but he had a decent rookie year for a player that wasn't suppose to do anything, and Luol Deng made the All-Rookie team and had a great year. :bananalam

They were reranked later and you know that. Scout always does a reranking after kids have started playing high school ball. I believe its a few months in to the season. As proof look at DeAngelo Collins, he's still listed as a 4 star recruit, but ranked higher than Randolph AND Sean May. Try paying better attention next time boy wonder.

    He sucks.

and yet still no title and he's been overshadowed by multiple people in his draft class. This was the guy that was supposed to be Duke's top big man in YEARS.

    Yup... then got hurt... AGAIN.

And then disappeared from the face of the planet it seems. I will however admit out of all the Dukies he has played the best, and part of the reason he may have disappeared could be due to him playing for the Clippers.

Aren't Maggette and Brand on the same team? Seems you've got two "great" guys there, but the team is still bad. Wouldn't two "great" guys at least elevate their team to average?

Boozer really elevated a Utah team that played damn good the year before his arrival didn't he?

    Dunleavy sucks.

I will be the first to admit Duhon played better than I expected him to this year, but he still fucked the game up for his team.

The book's still out on Deng. He's yet to prove anything to me, but I will say due to his age he still has time.

You don't even have the fucking play right your moronic fucktard. Heinrich threw the fucking pass. You don't and never have had any fucking credibility because of repeated completely retarded posts like this. Get your thumb out of your ass and do a little simple fact checking every now and then.

And that includes the post directly above this one. You don't know what the fuck you are talking about. Those are the final rankings. End of story.

They 2005 final rankings have been published and none of the players have stepped on campus yet.
