    When my closer can't find the plate in his 3rd inning of work, I might think to myself - hey, he's getting a little tired and ask myself if maybe I shouldn't bring in someone else.

    Guess this means the yanks are a lock for the series now.

    You really have to favor the Red Sox with their starting pitching....Schilling and Pedro.

    I've been saying for over two months that the Cardinals and Red Sox look on a mission.The Yankees will give it a go,but they have to be the underdog in this series because of their weak starting pitching :teeth: ....especially with Hernandez sporting a sore shoulder.

    just heard on ESPN that Rivera had two family members electrocuted cleaning his pool in Panama? - he will be flying back there and may miss one or two games of the Red Sox series.
