um... okay... what cha heard?

 

oh. not much. just that it's coming out.


it looks like it could be neat, but watching the videos on the site it look a little repetetive. it comes across as cut scene introducing themed street gang (that may or may not have been in the movie) and then generic fight against that gang. not sure how the multiple gang members fight (like, which do you control?).

i suspect it was thrown together to take advantage of the remake that's in the works (directed by tony scott so it might actually be pretty good).

 

I read that it's pretty good and it somewhat based on the old movie with a bunch of new stuff story wise. It's also been hyped up alot since it's made by rockstar, so I'd like to read a review or rent it or something. I read awhile back that they went real indepth with it, getting old photos of New York so the game would look as close to the 70's as possible.

The game has actually been in production for a little bit and is coming out now because they released a new DVD of the old movie a few weeks ago.

 

Actually looks sweet as hell. I'll need to learn more before I pay for it, but the concept looks promising, and I'm loving the soundtrack.

That, and I've been dying for the word "sucka" to come back in style.
