Apparently you can not link to results on those pages.

NADA trade in is $13,275, retail is $15,925
Kelly Blue Book is: trade in $11,250, private party retail $13,485, retail $15,845

You can go look it up if you like at www.kbb.com or www.nada.com.

It is a 2001 Nissan Xterra SE four wheel drive with 79K miles.

I chose excellent for the condition when I rated it on Kelly Blue Book. It came out really close to NADA trade in so I feel pretty good about that number.

I would probably take $13k for it. I owe about $15.5k so I would have to come up with the difference when I sell it but I would probably do it if someone showed up with money in hand.

It has the sunroof and the nice stereo (6 disc in dash changer). I have the plastic roof basket to go with it. It has a receiver hitch that I had put on recently. The only thing I have towed is the popup camper you see in the background of one of the pictures. It is very light and I can not imagine that it caused any extra wear. I will take $13,000.00 for it but that is my bottom price.
