    Cars are such a rip off. You buy one and immediately you are upside down. Even if you start off with equity in a trade in you still end up upside down. I almost wish I could total it so I could start over with a junker.

    I've never been upside down. Maybe you just always buy more than you can really afford. I'd think 25% down would be the minimum.

    I bought a Rodeo a couple of years ago and it was a lemon. I only had it six months and I have basically been rolling the negative equity ever since.
