XBOX Live Question

    IWhen I signed up with XBox Live I did so with a credit card (debit card) Anyway I lost the debit card, reported it lost and now my XBox live account expires on the 27th of this month. My question is do I just get a new Starter card roughly the same ammount of a years subscription. I have looked everywhere on xboxlive.com but have found nothing other than how o recover info ASSUMING YOU KNOW THE LAST 4 numbers of credit card which I lost!. If I registar a new account name with XBox live (not a bad thing as I was tired of ID) the downloaded maps from Halo 2 will they fuck things up or can I just keep on getting on?

    Back totally out of XBOX live to the original XBOX menu. You can change you CC info there.

    "IF" you know what the last 4 digits of the original credit card was

    Do you have any old bank statements that would show the card number?

    Also the xbox-live customer support is pretty good at resolving these issues. Their number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They also have an online chat assistant option. I screwed up my gamertag info once and they resolved it pretty quickly.

    I wanted to change my gamer tag name anyway. I just want to make sure that when I load the starter kit again it won't screw the pooch

    I called them up and got the last 4 digits of old credit card. Since the account dies on the 26th I am going to go buy the new card and subscribe under a new ID.
