3 hours of Kornheiser and 2 hours of Dan Patrick? Jeez, my 7 year old daughter now has more testosterone flowing through her than the 610am mid-day lineup. Talk about vanilla.

I can't wait to here more of Kornheiser's stock tips. How exciting! Perhaps Dan Patrick can get a CEO or two to come on the air and give his opinion on some sports topic. Charlotte would really perk up their ears then! If this lineup is a reflection of the true audience in Charlotte, then Charlotte does not deserve a winning football team...or any other sports team, besides soccer, for that matter.

Now is a good time to get XM radio, I think. Anybody have it? Is it worth it?

Yep . . . Jim Rome is out, Dan Patrick is in at WFNZ!!!!

I'm gonna miss the clones though :( . . . Are they any better or worse than the regular crew who call into PRIMETIME   ? ? ? I had a feeling this move was coming when DJ Stout (WFNZ's Ops Manager) asked listeners to call in their .02 on Tony K & Jim Rome. Don't get me wrong though, based on what I heard today Dan Patrick show seems to be awright :) . . . I'm sure folks were wanting to have another local show again, but I don't think WFNZ has the cash to do so. Oh well, it was nice having Rome here while it lasted :( ; I'm sure if he spent more time talking about NASCAR, he would've had more callers/listeners from Charlotte!!!!

Um Mediafreak, where's the article at  ? ? ?

I get Dan Patrick show down here sometimes. He's pretty cool. But Rome does have the best interviews.

I know some that have XM, but damn, the radio is expensive, the antenna is seperate, and plus 5 bucks a month. I don't know if Rome is worth that.

You can listen to Rome on the net though. I have don't have Interenet in my car either, but you can hear it delayed I think in the the archives.

    Anybody get Tony Bruno?
