I think it depends on what you're fighting, I've seen druids solo bosses like Teremus the Devourer. I tried that shit on my lock and he used my ass for a playground. Normal mobs on the other hand I can solo all day long without needing to rest.

I really only have the druid because I wanted a change of pace, but the point remains they have good survivability.

vision dust, nether essences and small radiants all sell really well. and they coincidentally all come from the same group of items (level 36-40 greens). the market for dust is really depressed right now (25-30s per last i checked) but i routinely sell them for 60-70s each. 13 or 14g for a 20 stack and it takes maybe 5 items to get me a 20 stack from de. i spend under 1g per item, so basically i'm spending something like 5-6g and i turn it into 13 or 14g (w/ no deposit for the auction since it's mats). and there's plenty of level 36-40 items to bid on.

i'm actually at 800g today and i've got like 6 or 7 20 stacks of vision dust that i'm waiting to put up once the prices come back to normal. or i'll just burn it to level up my enchanting (which i think is what people are buying it for -- powerleveling their enchanting w/ twink $$).

i figure i've got enough right now so i'm going to spend my time questing so i can do something with the $$.
