In two days, the College Basketball "Battle of Titans" begins!





What kind of team do you Mountaineers have this year?

We are on ESPN right now. What is it with etsu and mimi-me point guards? And why are they the only ones that can shoot? I'm looking to see what the hell is wrong with Tiras Wade that big schools passed on him. 6'7 235 pound Point Forwards with that kind of quickness and speed don't grow on trees.

Other than Tiras, typical etsu team. Lots of quickness, no size.

 

Wadood isn't very stocky, but he can get up.

 

Sorry Piper. Wossa may have some info for you, but honestly I don't follow Mountaineer Hoops too close, and know almost nothing about the Southern conference. I may go to a game or 2 this year just to learn something about the team. All I know right now is we're 6-4 and I will try to listen to some of the game tonight.

I thought you were talking about the Duke/Clemson game.

 

I don't know too much either. Seeing the game on ESPN2 was the only thing that prompted me. The guys on ESPN said State was the favorite in the East, but our guard play looked sloppy.

Wade looks damn good though. Grades or personality must have kept him out of a big school, unless he was just a late bloomer. I think he's a freshman.
