    Rule:

    6. A member of the receiving team [Peppers was the penalty] may not run into or rough a kicker who kicks from behind his line unless contact is:
    (a) Incidental to and after he had touched ball in flight. [Peppers did not]

    next time Pepp blasts thru th eline like that, he should just dive at the friggin holder and blow his ass into the next life,. No roughing the kicker, kick blocked, game over.

    Some teams are touched and some aren't. Cowboys always have been.

    The little pecker head in the white hat needs some glasses. The flight of the ball is clearly changed in the replay. The whole officiating crew should never be allowed on the field of an NFL game ever again. They absolutly suck.

    The Panthers need to learn how to take care of business. Peppers, Rucker, and the rest need to play 60 minutes. Smith ought to concentrate on getting the ball in the end zone instead of what celebration to use next.

    No way a player with SMiths talent should only have touched the ball once going into the 3rd quarter.
