Workout Routine

    Alright, I'm actually serious about getting into better shape now. I've been off and on for the last three or four years, but now that I work nights, I have every morning to dedicate to looking at hot moms at the Y.

    Yesterday, I did 1 hour of cardio, chest, arms, shoulders.

    Today, 1 hour cardio, legs, abs, back.

    All on machines.

    What the hell should I actually be doing?

    boo could set you up with a decent routine and explain what is better for certain parts of your body toning routine.

    I'm pretty partial to naked tai chi, in public of course. For cardio, I like to dress up in a weightlifting belt and tube top and strut around the front yard like a rooster. some folks aim for six pack abs. I'm content with my party ball ab.

    Do you want size or cardio fitness, or a little of both?

    If you want to get bigger, limit cardio to like twice a week.

    Keep on the machines for your lifting for awhile. Don't strain the tendons too much till they adapt, you don't want to strain one. Free weights eventually, they require balance and control in all directions, not just two. Machines are still good for some stuff though.
