    Happy for the Pack. It was fun to watch the comeback. What did Edsell and the Terps smoke between the 3rd and 4th quarter. It was some bad suff, whatever it was

    I don't know if DY has the balls to fire a coach that punked the Heels, hammered the Tigers, and had a :rolleyes: historic comeback win to become bowl eligable. Nothing surprizes me anymore, though.

    The other factor to consider is that you don't want to fire someone unless you're pretty confident you can find someone better to replace them. State has a pretty good football fanbase and facilities for an ACC school, but it's nowhere near prominent enough to get a big name coach. You'd be gambling on some promising assistant or lower level head coach and then hope that he doesn't leave for a bigger job later. TOB is a solid coach, and frankly, the best that you're going to get.
