Did some damn good ones yesterday. HT had them on sale, six for around 2 bucks or so, so I bought four packs of them, cut them up and filled up my entire grill.

Cooked about 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Threw a tad of garlic salt and a shitload of pepper as soon as the hit the grill. Once they were about done, I basted just a trace of my grandfather's vinegar based bbq sauce on them, and let them cook for one more minutes.

It was my first grilled wing attempt, and they were damn good. A lot different from old fashioned buffalo wings, but healthier and quite tasty.

Ever had them fried then grilled  ...fry them...toss them in the sauce and throw on the grill for about a minute each side. it really crisps them up and gives them that char-grill flavor. :xyzthumbs
