    By the way, is there anybody around here that remembers SRO's at Tyvola Mall? IMO, best wings of the late 80's to early 90's...One of the owners gave me the recipe for their buffalo wing sauce when I asked him how they made them so good....Also, they had a hamburger called 'South of the Burger' (named the 'SOB' on the menu) that had onions and jalopenos with melted cheddar cheese that kicked ass....

    All time favorite Wing place = The Chicken Coop in Wilkes Barre, PA.

    As far as wing places around here, Mountain Fried Chicken, just north of Winston Salem off route 52 are pretty dern good.

    :trophy: ,, a wing should be small enough to slide all the way into the mouth easliy and without hitting the back of your mouth and after a softbite down pulled back out of the mouth scrapping all the beautiful meat and sauce off into your mouth as the bones exit, just meaty enough so you get a nice mouthful of the meat and hotsauce mixture to create that addicting combination

    if its too meaty you have to STOP go back it and try to figure where the meat is that you missed on the first pull,

    absolutely unexceptable for the wing connoisseur


    it should be the combination of one pull and then the bones hit the plate,, and repeat as long as wings are put in front of you
