    McCarver sucks even more because he is and always has been a Cards homer.

    Pedro is pitching the best he has in awhile.

    mccarver is an idiot. has been for many years now.

    pedro pitched like the pedro of old. had the changeup working and was downright nasty.

    I thought pedro has given a quality start every time out. Unfortunately, Francona doesn't know what everyone else does........hook him at 100.

    yea, especially with the setup/closer rotation they have now. Boston's pitching is awesome now. Going along with their offense, they are the best team. St. Louis, i have no idea what happened w/ them.

    the cards pitchers are pitching the way they should have the whole season. how larussa got what he did out of that staff, is truly a miracle. yes, the O carried them alot throughout the season, but their staff worked wonders. now that its back down to reality, the O can't carry the team for a 7 game series.

    question is, can the Sox win 8 straight? and has anyone ever done that before to win the WS?
