    Mountaineer Mystique?

    It's got to be something with this "Mountaineer Mystique", because it's not the X's and the O's...it's the Jimmy's and the Joe's. Today the Jimmy's whipped us Joe's, all day long. But somehow, some way, I just can't explain it. JMU had the ball for 41 minutes today to Apps 19. They owned the line of scrimmage. The youth of Apps D-Line was exposed today. But in the end, like so many other times, "It Happens.

    I was at Kidd-Brewer today and Coach Moore outta send a nice Christmas gift to his buddy at James Madison. Christmas came early to Boone today.

    4th and 2 inside their own 30 with less than 3 minutes left (JM up 27-22)...and JMU goes for it? Their coach outta be fired on the spot.

    Things keep getting better for App State...Eastern Washington is beating the brakes off McNeese State, looks like they'll be another game in Boone next Saturday.

    It looks like Wofford survived also on a last minute touchdown. They'll face the Richmond Spiders in Spartanburg next week.

    Wow, New Hampshire kept close with UNI, only losing by three.

    Hopefully Eastern Washington has to travel to App. State, and not vice versa.

    Looks like all four games next week will be really good ones. I bet the UMass S. Illinois will be a shoot-out.

    UNC beat the crap out of JMU, but someone tell me again how App would do so well in the ACC.
