    Here's part of mine.

    Taco Soup

2 lbs. hamburger, cooked & drained

    1 medium onion, chopped

    1 green pepper, chopped

    1 pkg. taco mix

    1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

    3 cans stewed tomatoes

    1 can kidney beans, drained

    1 can pinto beans, drained

    1 can corn, drained

    1 tsp. chili powder

    1 pkg. shredded cheese

1 can rotel tomatoes with green chiles, optional (spicy)

cook and drain hamburger, mix in all ingredients except cheese. Simmer (the longer the better). Crumble nacho chips in bottom of bowl, add soup, top with shredded cheese.

Throw in some good cold beer, and this stuff is awesome. Let's hear what you guys have for the playoffs.

The quick way is to just throw in some of that Zatarains mix and italian sausage and go from there. If you season it and throw in enough extras to match a recipe it ends up being about the same.

I've had it the long way and it's better, but I'm debating whether it's worth the work tonight.
