Why do the Bobcats suck so bad?

    I hear the hype...Felton, May, Okafor, Wallace, Knight, Adam "The Molester Stache" Morrison...

    If these guys are worth a shit, why are the Cats one of the worst teams in the NBA? Who is the weak link?

    Either the players suck ass or the coach is an idiot...

    What is it?

    Well for starters last year May and Okafor weren't really on the team long enough for there to be consideration. Felton came on strong late in the season. Knight was injured a lot late, and Morrison wasn't even around, so shouldn't be considered in this discussion.

    Frankly the Bobcats had a couple problems preventing them from being "good".

    #1 - Injuries they played a couple games with only 9 players healthy. NO team, much less a recent expansion team can compete in the NBA with those types of losses.

    #2 - They are very young. One of, if not THE youngest team in the NBA. While youth is nice for athleticism, they don't know how to finish games out. If you'll notice they're normally in every game they play, and frequently lead at the end of the half and sometimes at the end of the 3rd, but don't know how to hold of a solid veteran team.

    #3 - Lack of outside scorers. If you'll notice the majority of the roster is made up of low post guys and slashers. There isn't a legitimate outside threat to help soften the inside for the big guys to score. Hopefully Morrison can help some with this.

    They're played two seasons in the league. They're supposed to be bad.

    Why did they draft a white player???? They already have the token cracker at center!

    Maybe it's youth...I still think it's coaching.

    Becuase they are an expansion team, what the hell do you expect. They are performing exactly as would be expected.

    It was either Morrison or JJ. They have enough athletes, they needed somebody that can fill it up and also a good marketing move to capture the attention of the white audience.
