    You do not retain that much water. You can drink a lot of fluids and still pass them right thru. Why can't food be like that where you just pass thru what you do not use?

    Because for thousands of years man did not know where his next meal would come from and the body had to "store" energy.

    fast food makes people fat yet that seems to pass through within 20 mins after you ingest it. weird.
