    While I am sure there is a thread about this somewhere, I am too lazy to look for it.

    Which gaming system should I buy and why? If I'm going to pile up debt I might as well have some fun doing it.

    if you want be to beat your ass online, get ps2. if you want others here to beat your ass online, get xbox or ps2.

    i think it comes down to personal preference. i've always played ps and ps2, so i never had the desire to learn the xbox and its controller which feels like a wet fish in my hand. i'm so comfortable with ps controllers that i've never tried the switch.

    with ps2 and easports going online this year, i say they're pretty equal now.

    have them both. havent played my ps2 since i got the xbox.

    I forgot to say I too have both. Daughter plays PS2, dads play XBox

    ps2 has more games, xbox is a better system.

    i have an xbox but i only play it when there are people over.
