By far teh best beer I have ever had. I stock up on it during the winter for later months of the year. Saranac Pale Ale is also a fav.

Saranac is some good shit freak. I'll take it over Sam Adams any day. And it's cheap as dirt up here, I guess 'cause it's made in Utica. If I wanna drive into Rochester, there are times I can get it for $14 a case. It's usually $9 a 12 locally. Their IPA is pretty good. My wife doesn't drink much beer, but she loves their carmel porter.

Grid, where are you living? I was born in Rochester and grew up near Utica. I remember in cub scouts one time we went on the tour of that brewery and got Root Beer at the end. Hard to believe now that they took bou scouts there, drunken den mothers

I usually get it by the 6-pack and it costs around 5.50 or so. I got one fo their 12 pack samplers once just try it. The Pale Ale and a Dark version (can't remember the name) were my favorite. Never tried the Camel porter, come tot hink about it don't think I have even seen it. Will check it out if available.
