    Rock Band II or Guitar Hero World tour?

    Plus, When is Rock Band II bundle coming out for Wii? I thought it was suppose to be released Nov. 18th? It's still not available yet.

    Would you rather have Rock Band II on the Wii or xbox 360?

    Rock Band 2 is considered better by most, World Tour apparently has problems with the voice recognition. If you're just playing for guitar then look at the tracklist and get the game you want more. Keep in mind only RB thus far has demonstrated an interest in getting a LOT of content you can buy song by song.

    Most of Guitar Hero's new content comes through games, GH III, GH:WT, GH:Aerosmith and the upcoming GH:Metallica. Of course, RB is starting to do that as well with Rock Band: AC/DC Track Pack and the upcoming 'Rock Band like' Beatles game.

    DL songs can be played on Rock Band or Rock Band 2, there is no distinction.

    As far as platforms, Rock Band II is going to be far ahead of the Wii version. With no standard HD, it will be hard for them to offer the same amount of dlc that they can on x360. Obviously, visually RB2 will look a lot better on the 360.

    I'm looking for it for my brother. He wants it for the drums! He has an xbox 360 but is getting a wii for christmas.
    I'm not seeing that rock band II is even available right now for the Wii.

    they both kick ass

    I'm using RB1 instruments and playing GHWT & RB2 on PS3...

    Don't go Wii because of DLC... though I heard they've made it possible, I'd still stick with PS3 or Xbox... and IMHO, PS3 is the better option

    PS3 version is great if you know someone else with the PS3 who buys Rock Band. You can 'share' the songs you buy with up to 4 other people, so you can really rack up the dlc if you've got someone trustworthy to share with.

    Have you ever gotten the ring of death on your xbox?

    It looks like the Wii RBII bundle isn't being released till December 30th!!! wtf!

    No, but it happens. I recommend you buy your 360 at Costco so you can return it that day if you ever have any issues.
