I just started the Elric saga again. I haven't read it in 15 years.

I also just ordered the first 3 George R.R Martin books so they better be good. Waiting on Terry Brook's Morgawr to come out in paper back. He is starting a new Shannarra trilogy. Also just saw that Feist has a new trilogy coming out. So I should be set for a while.

Catcher in the Rye was good. Catch-22 is better.

    did I say that?

its called sarcasm - due to you posting "has anybody read it" as if it was some obscure book.

I read it in high school for the heck of it and it was required in a college lit class. it's an fairly easy read.

I just finished reading the new Harry Potter - it was good but I was disappointed in the end - the big secret or prophecy wasn't anything new - I mean that "big secret" was basically waht every book is about in the end.

now I'm finishing reading "Hot Six" by Janet Evanovich - not that good really - I just can't seem to get it finished

Just finished the latest Harry Potter.

    I'm in the middle of:
Les Miserables - Victor Hugo (again)
Girl in Hyacinth Blue- Susan Vreeland (itty bitty book that I've been working on forever, just can't seem to get into it.)
To Kill a Mockingbird- Harper Lee (again)
Ivanhoe- Sir Walter Scott (my at work book)

And I just started Three Junes- Julia Glass
