    i think he's telling dan henning to quit sucking his thumb and be a damn man. The saints defense ain't too good this year, we need to take some shots on sunday.

    He doesn't want to get booed. Probably wants the ball in his hands, not the punter's, when the game is on the line.

    My thoughts too. Peete doesn't sound as if completely bought into what Henning is doing, or not doing.

    it can be easy to blame decision making, because it's the only thing you can truly control. But, that's the thing. When things are going bad, that's the thing most easily changed. Plus, when something's working, or your team has confidence to do anyhting it can, a coach's ability to stick with what works becomes inability to change once it stops working.
