MSFT - up 10%, and that's missing the +1 in after hours trading today...
    RIO - up 30%
    CELG - up 20%

Sold out of RIO and CELG, taking profits, MSFT is about to do a minor spike with exceeding expectations results today and 3Q looking good.

PAH Drugs - Ambrisentan vs. Thelin

Ambrisentan and Thelin are two newly developed PAH drugs that are currently awaiting FDA approval. Initially, it appeared that Ambrisentan would be approved roughly one to two years after Thelin because the latter's clinical trials began earlier. However, the FDA posed additional questions regarding the safety and efficacy of Thelin to the drug's manufacturer, Encysive Pharmaceuticals Inc., delaying its approval. As a result of this delay, Ambrisentan could potentially be released to consumers prior to Thelin, gaining a stranglehold on the market share that was assumed to be reserved for Encysive's endothelin receptor antagonist.

Regardless of which drug receives FDA approval first, both are expected to provide beneficial results in the ongoing treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.

That's why ENCY tanked into the 3's...I bought more.

    VERY risky...but I think it's an EASY double...and I'm holding for 18+.

It's already approved and being prescribed in Europe. Competitor's drug? Nope.

Saw that...I sold out of a bunch of it beforehand, but still own some. The CEO seemed to be keeping shareholders in the dark as to what the FDA was asking for. That made me lose confidence in the company. He should be fired, tortured, and killed IMO.

Bailed on NFI. I was in in the low 7's. Closed @ 9.80 yesterday. May still have several more dollars of upside, but I'm taking profits and looking for a new play.
