Collin, what I get from both points of view, I am sure Fox asked the trainer what he thought, after that he probably asked Jenkins what he wanted to do, giving final decision to Jenkins as Solarte said.

Yes, it's the coaches final decision, but in a situation like this his final decision just may be what the player thinks about the injury.
