what QBs are being worked out?

    We could probably restructure some one to get the cap space. Hoping Fasani makes it to thru next three weeks in one piece is too damn risky.

    The staff may consider putting Weinke on IR pending the outcome of the tests when he undergoes them. That would mean the end of him as a Panther if that occurs IMHO.

    Peete's still maybe 3-4 weeks away, if Weinke's down for the count, I don't feel too comfortable with Dee Brown as the backup.
    Wasn't Walls the emergency QB a few years back? Maybe we've finally found a way to get him envolved with the offense.

    It doesn't cost us a dime to look at the few guys out there, only if we sign some one. We can bring in a few to look at and if they are and improvement over what we have, by all means sign them.

    Schroll, Fox mentioned specifically that they didn't want to put Weinke on IR, or Peete.

    I think the Hope is that Weinke could be backup on Sunday. That's my best guess. AppARENTLY, he's taking tests today to determine that.
