    Double Roast Turkey, Lettuce & spicy Deli Mustard on a Whole Grain sub roll.

    Well, thats what I usually eat. Pretty damn good.

    also Tuna is good, but without Mayo... that's the prob.

    But you can mix tuna with some low fat cottage cheese, some mustard and a little mayo and its not too bad!

    A can of tuna with a dollop of mustard on whole wheat for me . It ain't the greatest, but it gets me through.
