    just make sure it's on whole wheat and lose the cheese and mayonaise. Mustard is a healthier, and better tasting alternative.

    No sandwich leave out the bread and you lose 80% of the carbs. I''ve been eating wendy's jr bacon cheeseburgers without the buns and losing weight.

    Nah that don't work. bacon cheese burgers with no buns is working great. fat is ok carbs are killing me and feeding my allergies.

    Never seen Bachelor Party huh? Ok. So I admit I was probably going back too many years with that one.

    Jam sandwich = 2 slices of bread jammed together.

    a wish sandwich. "I wish this sandwich had some meat and cheese on it"

    seriously, no mayo (stuff sucks anyway), less cheese (lets not get too crazy here) and smaller or less bread. as in no huge hoagie rolls. No oil just vinegar. also leaner meat. ham turkey. dont go for the Italian sub or the meatball-n-cheese.
    PS:I dont follow this plan but when I decide to eat right Ill know just what to do.
