I was listening to a punk-country song the other day and it was about a single mom with 13 kids from 17 different fathers, and all but one of the kids had a cleft palate and the lucky one that didn't have a cleft palate had a club foot and the mother only had enough money to take 12 of the 13 kids to Mcdonald's for Happy Meals so she left the oldest one home and when she got back she found that the kid was using a bunch of sternos to cook the family's dog, a St. Bernard-shitsoo mix, so the mom put out the dog using an old blanket and sent the kid to live with his dad. I can't remember the name of the song or the artist. I need help.

You sure it's the punk-country version?

Johnny Clegg and Juluka did a version called "Sim-baba De'la"

The title is Swahili and translates, roughly, to:
"Fuck dat nigga, he gots a club foot and dem crazy no palate mofo's needs dem some Mickey D's, but dat little nigga bed not eat dat muth-fuckin dog"
