well aint that cute, a yankees fan complanin about arrogance

but we'll stick to football :D

I'd have to say the dumbest fans are the washington redskins. I spent the summer of 2000 in dc and it was the worst sports radio experience of my LIFE. All fucking summer it was like (and im not even joking) are the redskins gonna go 19-0 or trip up somewhere (even they assumed losses to Dallas). Its funny how the supposed "greatest team ever" sucked so bad that they didnt even make the playoffs. On top of that, when the OTHER local team made their superbowl run, all those redskin pansies jumped ship temprorarily onto the Ravens bandwagon. Pathetic.

I'll agree with you on the Redskins, but I have met too many in my life.

About the Yankees though...I'm not an arrogant fan, honestly, but I know there are many out there. The fact though is their arrogance is from recent success not success from the 70s, which is when the Steelers had their great success.

great story about Eagles fans Shocker...

Veterans stadium last june for the White Sox - Phillies series. The sox are on the verge of a sweep in game three and the phils phans have had it. they are booing everything...especially anyhing scott rolen or travis lee does. so they start thier eagles chant...E-A-G-L-E-S..Eagles!!! over and over. so i look over my shoulder to look at the guy who is leading the chear...and he has on a freaking Buccaneers jersey. I turned and asked if he would be wearing that jersey to the stadium when the Bucs visit the Eagles in the fall...and he flips me off and continues his chant.

    classy...classy i say.

Eagles fans are nuts. Flat out fucking nuts.

By the way - Kickazz ain't exagerrating about the Skins fans back in 2000. People actually were calling in saying they would go undefeated. Made for a fun ride home.

I went to school at VT with a billions skins fans I think. I've lightened up on them now, but I HATED them back them. Best headline I ever saw from one year in the early 90's when they lost in the playoffs:
    "Redskins are Deadskins".

My roommate blew up large copies and posted them on people's doors.

Dallas "week" is always good. People argue on the METRO for a week before and after that game.

Can't really call people in Phily fans of anything but filling any venue with a bunch of pricks.
