I'm listening to my own music of course. It's a CD with me and some has been called MC Hammer. My music and dance moves are way better than his.

And since I'm now getting into the rock scene with my new band I also have Fuel. I saw these guys in Vegas at the House of Blues and man they rock!!! They were going to do a version of Ice Ice Baby but I had to say, "Play your own songs, don't mess with mine."

I can get into Bill Evans. He has the same effect Monk has on me sometimes.

You might want to check out [if you haven't already] THELONIOUS
MONK WITH JOHN COLTRANE(that "modal rascal", lol).

I'm now listening to Charlie Haden's THE MONTREAL TAPES with
Paul Bley and Paul Motian(whom was with Bill Evans and Gary Peacock, when I had the pleasure of hearing live).
Other pianists that I'm fond of and enjoy listening to especially on Sunday morning are: Keith Jarrett(the man),
Mulgrew Miller, Lyle Mays, Michel Petrucciani(rip), Herbie Hancock
    (his work w/Miles)

I'm very familiar with Monk/Coltrane's works together. C'mon, give me a little credit here.
