    . I would encourage you to look into UU if you are a seeker.

    I was a member of UU congregation for close to 10 years. UU's are a unique group and each congregation is different from every other. Our Church ranged from liberal Christians to neo-pagans to secular humanists to followers of Zorastic belief. That was just when we had 25 members. :D

    One of the best things about UU's are the lack of dogma other than the Covenants/articles

    • The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
    • Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
    • Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
    • A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
    • The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
    • The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
    • Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
    None of those should come into conflict with any orthodox beliefs you may personally hold.

    boring quiz for an agnostic/atheist. they lump "it doesn't matter" with "i don't know" and "there is no god" too often for my tastes. but then, i guess it's geared towards belief and not disbelief.
