Sunday night: Fried Cod with Saffron rice and my special sauce (2 parts ketchup, one part Heinz 57 sauce, one part tartar sauce) to go with the fish.

Monday night: Grilled NY Strip steak, baked sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar, sauteed onions and mushrooms.

Tonight: Quesadillas with marinated chicken, ham, pepperoni, sauteed red onions with that new roasted red pepper cheese with a side of refried frijoles and lots of sour cream.

    ............all homemade :189:

I used to make this stuff called gommy yommy when eating steak..

Sautee mushrooms in big pan with olive oil, wine and a little worshtershire. Add onions and red pepper and sweat them a tish, but leave them a little crunchy.
Add about 1/2 pack cream cheese and a TBSP or two of sour cream, and a little parmasean.
    It's good.
