    To end the season.

    Knocked the Saints out.
Our secondary came through when it counted, fear in their eyes and all, and made the big play to win.
    We won a division game.
We won 5 of the final 6 games, including 2 teams with winning records.

    Sweet.

Yep. I'm already pumped about next year. I think we'll have a pretty decent team, and maybe the best defense in football. :)

The win does feel good. 7 and 9 is good, looking where we started.

7-9 with virtually little offence. Now if we can keep together our defence, and add a weapon or two on offence along with a yaoung QB to groom who knows

and don't forget we're gonna be over $10 million under the cap before cutting walls, gilbert, and kasey's contracts.

We finally have the coin to afford some serious FA's...now there aren't many standout's at our positions of need. It will be nice to not have half the team restructuring to squeeze in another washed up FA.

Not to mention Lamar Smith, Chris Weinke, and maybe a few other guys.

But I think Smith and Weinke are for sure gone, and that's $1.4 million.

Don't forget we need to re-sign:

    Reggie Howard
    Brad Hoover

    Jamar Nesbit???
    Navies??
    Terry Fair???
    Jermaine Wiggins???
    Shayne Graham??

It's gonna be VERY interesting to see what happens now. VERY interesting.

When will we start flushing some of the players from our roster that don't fit into our future. L. Smith, Gilbert, Kasey (hopefully)

You can back the UHAUL up to our offense, because few will remain. Part of the OL, Smith and maybe Moose will stick around. Hoover is a working mans fullback, but I wouldn't mind an upgrade. Is Hicks a fullback? Byrd may return, but if you see Hankton next year, I'd be surprised.
