    witch doctors are the shit. i like the slaw and mayo burger and the onion rings. damn tasty. wayside family restaurant has the best burger you will ever eat however.

    Yes, where? I see no listing of them in the Greensboro phone book. I did a Yahoo search and only see the already known restaurants in Concord, Kannapolis and Mount Pleasant.

    Yep, back when I was the choir director at Oakboro Methodist Church in high school, I'd stop there to flirt with the gal at the register, then order a plain cheeseburger and a large sweet tea. It normally lasted me damn near to 218. I never made it to the Wayside in Stanfield.

    i used to work at the one in oakboro in high school. damn fine people runnin that joint. free food there was the shit.

    It was on High Point Road, near the collisium. This was about 21 years ago and I haven't been to any other WaB's since.

    I don't remember that.

    Did you ever eat at Beef Burger down the road on Lee Street? It's still as cheezy as ever and it won't ever win any awards for best burgers but its still a good place to eat.

    ANyone ever have a Cheeburger Cheeburger? I used to frequent one in Richmond Va. They have all different size burgers, old time milk shakes and sodas. I know there are a lot of them down south (Fla). Best burger I have ever had by far.
