    LOS ANGELES (AP) – A publicist for “West Wing” star John Spencer says the actor has died of a heart attack at a Los Angeles hospital.


    FYI for those who don't watch, Spencer is the Dems' VP candidate and former chief of staff of current president. Character had a massive coronary during one season.
