Went to the Bobcats and Buck game last night

Bought $10 tickets and was up in the nose bleed section. Asked the usher if she was going to bust me if I moved. She said so long as no one was in those seats she said I don't care. Instant upgrade to $40 seats. Watched 1st quarter there. 2nd Quarter made the big move, lower level upgraded to $85 dollar seats behind basket but upper lower level. I could do better. Spied seats (lots of empty seats) lower level on on the sides of court. SO my and a buddy of mine made our moved. Walked around and found a less than attentive usher talking to someone and watching game. We slide by her and were in the lower level concession areas during half time. Drank a beer at the stand up bar area during third quarter then slid down unstopped for the 4th quarter. 5th row from court just off of center court. Now for the best part. Me and my buddy didn't get there early enough for the Sean May Bobble, usher brought us each one and 2 beers (each)and they said that they were free. We each tipped him $10 dollars. Hows that for an upgrade Oh saw Mike Minter and Mike Rucker at the game with some sweet looking blond haired women

 

I like your style... haven't tried that yet at the new arena. I have partial season tickets. I went Tuesday night and fell asleep in the third quarter- literally. I left at the end of the 3rd and went home.

Went to my first game tonight. The team sucked balls but it was fun. I've read some claiming that they weren't the people the organization is trying to cater to. You would have to be the dullest, whitest person imaginable to dislike Zeppelin, Ramones, the Who & Quiet Riot. The side entertainment stuff isn't half bad either. I'll definately go back.

Also, all the staff was extremely friendly.

 

Good to hear Chip, I'm looking forward to making a trip soon. I think I'll wait for the team to get a little more healthy though. Our injuries have been just ridiculous this year.

 

I've been to two games (one win, one loss) and I've had a great time at both. People who talk shit about the team and the arena are blinded by politics. Its an awesome arena, and the staff do a good job with concessions and entertainment. I wish we were healthy tho. I mean we lost to the freakin Hawks.....
