Thanks Putt......The weight is still coming off (slowly, but it is) and I felt today of all days was an ok day to slip up. Like I said, I'll be back on it tomorrow and I'm ok with that. I think I'd feel real guilty if I wasn't ready to go back on it tomorrow. I saw my mom tonight and she said she blew the day as well.

The things I crave aren't even sugar related which I've been surprised at. Chinese food has been the biggest thing other than french fries (I know I can have a couple, but who is going to eat only a couple even if you order a small french fry?? ) I think the protein bars and saving me from the sugar related foods.

I agree with you and maybe that's why I don't feel guilty?

you've got something there! I use to crave just to have something sweet in my mouth, i would have a jello every night but since i got those diet rite drinks, i don't crave anymore.

People just have to find what they like and can have...there are a lot of low carb stuff out there worth eating. (Sunflower seeds keep me busy especially when I'm at the computer in the evening.)

y'all are young and I believe once the weight starts coming off then the energy level goes up and then things start happening. Walking or running more, playing ball or sports.:)
