how to stay young

1. throw out nonessential numbers. this includes age, weight and height. let the doctor worry about them. that is why you pay him/her.

6. the tears happen. endure, grieve, and move on. the only person who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. be ALIVE while you are alive.

7. surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, MUSIC, plants, hobbies, whatever. your home is your refuge.

8. cherish your health: if it is good, preserve it. if it is unstable, improve it. if it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. don't take guilt trips. take a trip to the mall, to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

11. hold hands with your loved one. (lick her fingers!)

12. get some tonight.

wily, here's one way to put that avatar on:

first, right click on that viking tice picture, and "save picture as" in your computer or picture folder.

next, click USER CP up in the upper left hand side of your screen. then, cllick EDIT OPTIONS. scroll down to the bottom and you will see the change avatar button. click that CUSTOM AVATAR button also. you make sure there is a dot on that circle.

next, click BROWSE. find where you saved this picture in your computer/folder. i imagine you have a picture folder. anyhoo, double click that tice picture address, and it should upload on the browse window. after that, make sure that custom avatar window has a dot in it before you submit. then, click SUBMIT MODIFICATION.
