Weis to return to ND

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP)—Charlie Weis will return for a fifth season at Notre Dame despite another disappointing year, several media outlets reported Tuesday night.

At least all the pizza places in South Bend will continue unbelievable sales for next year...

 

I've got a felling that ole Charlie has been told he must win at least 8 or 9 games in 2009.

 

Yea, and go to a well-known bowl game.

 

Yep, nothing like watching them get blasted on New Years Day.

 

7 home games and 1 neutral site game. Plus a weak schedule (again). If he sucks in 2009 he'll have time to get his stomach stapled again in 2010.

 

They should've had 8 wins this year anyways. They gave away the PITT and Syracuse games and you could say the UNC game as well.

It's not their fault that Washington, Washington St. and Michigan are down in regards to the 2009 schedule.

 

They have a pretty easy schedule next year. Charlie better get a lot of wins or he's headed back to the NFL as an assistant.
