weight loss - wtf?

    For any medical experts out there:


    I've lost 15 lbs. since the end of December. Thing is, I'm eating just as much now as I was back then (high protein diet), yet my weight has dropped from 199 to 184, in just a little over a month. I feel like no matter what I do and how much I eat, I can't get my weight back up. In addition, I've developed these massive dark circles under my eyes. I've also experienced less stamina - I'm currently working to become a personal trainer, so I work out every day. I've barely been able to make it through my workouts lately.

    Should I be real concerned about this? I really don't want to tell my family or friends how I'm feeling (although they've pointed out the weight loss) so any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

    Not trying to be too blunt about it, but go see a doctor.

    The sooner the better, BB. It might be nothing or might be something serious, but you need to find out.

    Just for an example, my cousin recently started losing weight for no apparent reason and it turned out she was diabetic. She had no idea anything was wrong except for the weight loss.

    That's how I found out too. Weight loss for no reason, thirst and peeing alot.
