I need some advise for my mom. She's 60 and i would like to get her something that will help her maintain muscles as she ages. Does lifting weights help with bone density?
Anyways, i was thinking of getting her some of those bands that you stretch, does anyone know what i'm talking about? Does anyone have any they use and like?

    Any advise would be appreciated:sun:

That is what I was going to recommend D'lo. Good call.

Low impact resistance. Easy on the joints.

Don't use them myself as they don't make bands with enough resistance for me :D

I have fragile bones due to my illnesses and meds I have taken. My doc recommended weight lifting to increase bone mass. I lifted pretty steadily for about a year and a half (had to stop when I had my hip surgery) and loved every minute of it.
