weight lifters?

    i am really set on getting back into vigerous weight training. is anyone else adding this to their regiment or are you all just eating differently.

    i would like to know who is in the gym because i might need help with exercizes and motivation.

    I do dumb bells before bed if I remember as you can tell I've been forgetting a lot for quite awhile.

    i do them, but at home. nothing major.

    what do you mean by vigorous?

    i wo at home too, and i have a decent set up. by vigorous i mean 45 to 60 minutes, multiple sets of free weights with exercizes focusing on specific muscles and muscle groups. weight lifting hard enough to raise your heart rate and cause persperation.

    ok. that's what i do -- well, did, and will do -- too.

    i dont have anything but dumbells -- no bars or pulley systems.

    i find it difficult to work out alone. my best stretches are when i've had a partner.

    I go to a gym but haven't been in about two weeks.:(

    Start with your legs. Largest muscles in the body therefore they'll burn more calories.
