    I had dropped 38 pounds and was in 5th gear. Then the Prozac kicked in, gave me a 'I don't give a rat's ass" frame of mind and now I am happy, eating like a hog and only go to the gym 2 nights a week. I have gained 8 back. I'm sure the whole situation will piss me off... if I ever stop the Prozac. :D

    Depression is the easiest and fastest weight loss 'diet' there is. :)


    I am so glad you are feeling better Fred!! :banana:
    Your appetite will peak for awhile (balancing out the 'valley' you were in) but it should equal out shortly.
